We met abroad, two chicas far from home, sharing the same roots and building a life in Sri Lanka, a place we both love and where we’ve grown so much.

 

Between the ocean, long talks, and our shared love for movement, travel, and exploring life with curiosity, the idea of creating something together started to feel natural. And that’s how Loka slowly came to life.

'LOKA' carries many meanings: it can be a world, a universe, a realm of experience, a space that comes into light, or even a community of people. We love how it reflects both the inner and outer worlds — and the idea of shared human experience.

And the best part? It also sounds like loca in Spanish… which feels pretty accurate, because we definitely have the right amount of craziness and curiosity for this world. That spark is exactly what inspires the experiences we create.
